Such a blessing!

I was blessed to be able to go to Kona, HI for a few days with my dear friend Samantha while she visited her parents. Thankfully they live there and I had just enough airline points for my plane ticket so my trip was FREE!

It was an amazing time and so beautiful there. We visited a few different beaches, went paddle boarding, deep sea fishing (they own a charter boat), CAUGHT A MAHI MAHI!, relaxed by the pool, drank a few cocktails, enjoyed the sunset and watched the whales from their porch and just generally had a fabulous time.

Corky (Grammy) came down to stay with Dave and girls so he didn't need to take time off from work. Claire and Laureli enjoyed having her here and the time they spent together is priceless.

Initially I was reluctant to go because well it was Hawaii without my family. Dave insisted and thought I would be crazy not to go. It was a lot of work to be gone, but it was so worth it. I am so ready to go back :)

Where did February go?

Sorry friends I totally dropped the ball and have been MIA. Lets bring you all up to date :)

A bit behind, so a catch up post

Christmas! So much fun jam packed into one month. We enjoyed the Christmas Parade here in Keizer. Chilly but fun.

Keizer neighborhood lights. Claire was in charge of the camera that night. I have over 200+ photos of the houses all light up.

Gingerbread house! Sweet candy fun!

Chex mix! Yummy....

Zoo lights with Boston and Tammy!

Christmas Eve! Santa's elves were busy for several hours putting together these Legos. They are well on their way in becoming Master Builders.

Laureli's gift from Santa. A new kitchen!

All ready for Christmas morning

Bright and early on Christmas morning. Claire showing Laureli how its done. She said thanks sissy I got it from here :)

Claire was Santa's helper and helped hand out all the presents

Tucker even got in on the Holiday magic with a "Pupachino" from Starbucks!

We had an amazing Christmas Season and are truly blessed by the love of Jesus. Looking forward to 2015!
